Eye Yoga consists of 2 X 25 minute eye yoga classes suitable for all levels. The Eye Yoga classes use clear, easy to follow expert tuition to guide you through simple exercises such as Nose Tip Gazing and Flutter Blinking. The soft verbal instructions are combined with soothing background music that sets a perfect pace for the rhythmic breathing techniques and an ideal mood for soothing exercise and relaxation.
Eye Yoga is accompanied by a free PDF guide booklet that highlights the instructions, provides reference photos and gives tips on maintaining healthy eyes.
